Burger “Malēnietis”

This unique burger recipe is inspired by the strong and energetic people, snowy winters and bright summers of our region. The “Malēnietis” with its taste and ingredients is so self-sufficient that it will be able to convince every ‘burger sceptic’.
The “Malēnietis” is a range of flavours well-known to Latvians. The combination of salty, sour and sweet tastes is a real adventure: black bread, stewed cabbage, smoked and grilled pork, a potato pancake, cowberry sauce, smoked mayonnaise and crispy onions.
Where can you find the “Malēnietis”?
It is in the burger cafe “Tvaiks x Ogle”’ – in the historical building of the Bānītis (the narrow gauge train) station, on its terraces or on the tracks during themed events in summer evenings when Bānītis no longer runs. Being enveloped in the ancient aura, forget about the time and leisurely enjoy the various trips of tastes.
